South East Asia aquarium is located in Singapore. They commit to give an unforgettable experience with up-close encounters with the marine realm through the immersive educational programmes. The aquarium houses the world’s largest collection of manta rays, including one of only a
few giant oceanic manta rays in captivity.

Now what kind of signage can we create for this client?

my plan

The underwater world is full of movement and life. So to give the entire experience of that, let us look to moving signages – one that involves 2-D projectors for the walls and floors and    3-D holographic projectors for walking space signages.

to follow the arrows

To follow signage means to follow arrows and in an aquarium what better way to follow arrows than those inspired by marine life?

here's the concept

2D animated signages are projected onto the floors and walls. You follow the symbols and shapes to the destination.

First, an example of how future signages will show up.

Second, a step ahead to include the manta ray.

Third, a tribute to restaurants and many more like it.

Disclaimer: Holographic technology is a growing industry and the currently existing ones are expensive.  However, innovations are always first dreamed. Heres a few examples of what it could be.
